No so, magari dopo avere letto il preview, le mie aspettazioni erano troppo alto. Infatto il inizio mi piaceva tanto.
Ma non posso finire la trilogia adesso. Al meno in il primo libro e al' inizio del secondo, volevo sapere come la storia finisce, ma sono a un punto che mi interesse più.
Potrebbe dopo un po di tempo provo ancora una volta, con meno aspettazioni, o magari un altra opera della Killip.

Il stile della lingua è no male, anche se preferisco anche io Kay, o Hobb. Il stile del realizzare il plot mi non ho convinto.

C'è sono tanti idee e tanti cose che successono, che possono essere interessante.
Book 1 was nice, but seemes to me to not have been revised properly.
The problem in book 2 is imho, that the reader isn't there. Lots of the interesting things of the story happen somewhere else, at a time you don't know of it, and after that you just hear how someone tells somone else: "you know, this and that happend, and then he did this and that...." But it lacks the "thrill" or the feelings, that come up, when I'm feeling like being there.
Also everyone seems to know already, what happend, but the reader alone doesn't. I can guess, yes, there are lot of hints, and sometimes it's told about, but reading book 2 feels to me a bit like reading book 3 without having read book 2, while all the interesting stuff must have occured exactly in book 2.

Ok, I stopped reading it, so I will stop complaining now. (Sorry, I seem to complain a lot about my readings lately I hope I'm more lucky with the next one)

Mi ha lasciato un po' freddina, ecco.
